To return your online purchase made from our eStore, please comply with the following:
Separate from any limited warranties offered by Wacom, Wacom offers a 30-day return policy on hardware Products purchased through our eStore. Please note, however, that except as otherwise prohibited by applicable laws, we do not accept the return of software Products for which you have purchased a license or usage rights through the eStore, and except as otherwise prohibited by applicable laws, any and all licenses or usage rights for software that you purchase through the eStore are non-refundable and non-cancellable.
If you hold a Wacom account, you can initiate your return using the order history page accessible via your account. Please select your order and the hardware Products you want to return on your order history page, or contact Wacom Customer Support at 1-855-MY-WACOM (699-2266) to return your order.
If you have completed your check out as “Guest”, you may complete the return request form located at: https://estore.wacom.com/en-US/sales/guest/form/.
Please contact Wacom Customer Support via telephone at 1-855-MY-WACOM (699-2266) to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (“RMA”) number, prepaid return shipping label, and instructions for shipping the hardware Product back to Wacom, or to otherwise inquire with additional questions regarding hardware Product returns. When you are returning a hardware Product, please send the Product, shipping charges prepaid, to the designated location that Wacom Customer Support provides to you over the phone, accompanied by your name, address, telephone number and proof of purchase date. Please write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the box.
If you purchased a hardware Product bundle from Wacom, please note that the individual Products included as part of the bundle can only be returned if all of the Products making up the bundle offer are also returned. If you purchased a “buy one, get one free” special offer, you must return both Products for a full refund.
Wacom does not permit the cancellation of any order once the Product that is the subject of that order has been submitted for shipment or delivery.
If you would like to cancel your hardware order prior to it having been submitted for shipment, please call Wacom Customer Support at 1-855-MY-WACOM (699-2266). Please have your order number ready. Also, if you hold a Wacom account, you can cancel your order from your order history page accessible via your account.
Please note, however, that as noted above and except as otherwise prohibited by applicable laws, we do not accept the cancellation of purchases of software licenses or usage rights, and any and all licenses or usage rights for software that you purchase through the eStore are non-cancellable.
