We do not accept gift cards of any type. By providing a credit card or other payment method accepted by us, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the designated payment method and that you authorize us to charge your payment method for the total amount of your order (including any applicable taxes, shipping and other charges). When you provide your payment information, you authorize us (or a third party service provider working on our behalf) to process, verify and store your payment and other related information. If the payment method cannot be verified, is invalid or is otherwise unacceptable, your order may be suspended or cancelled.

Please note that it may take up to three business days to verify your payment. You must resolve any problem we encounter in order to proceed with your order. In the event you want to change or update any payment information associated with your account, you can do so at any time by logging into your Wacom account and editing your payment information.

Your credit card will be billed upon shipment or delivery of your order. If your order is delayed in processing, a hold will be placed on your credit card, but your card will not be charged until your order ships from our warehouse (for hardware orders) or upon delivery (for software orders).
