You should receive your order within 2-3 business days after order confirmation date. To check on its status, please use the UPS tracking feature.
Please note there are no deliveries on national and German public holidays and that deliveries to rural locations may take longer.
Delivery Duty Paid (DDP)
Deliveries to UK will not require any additional fees (excl. shipping fees under 50 GBP cart value). This means that Wacom is responsible for all customs clearance costs, import duties and taxes in the import country. Valid from 1 Jan 2021.
EORI number
Business customers or institutions need for customs purposes a GB EROI number. If you do not have one, make sure you register in the link below. The process can take up to 3 days but don't worry, you can provide our shipment provider UPS the reference number provided after registration, in order for UPS to complete your shipment.
