Model Number locations
Model Numbers are found in different locations on your device depending on the product. See below for description on how to find it.
Back of the tablet
The model number is located on the bottom of the tablet, next to the text reading “Model”.
Applicable products:
- Cintiq - 13HD, 13HD Touch, 22HD, 22HD Touch, Companion, Companion 2, Companion Hybrid
- Wacom Cintiq Pro - 13 & 16
- Intuos - 3, 3D, 4, 5
- Intuos Pro
- Wacom Intous Pro
Back of tablet beneath cable cover
The panel in the center of the back of the display, covering display connections, must be removed to view the model number. The model number is next to the text reading “Model”.
Applicable products:
- Cintiq - 24HD, 24HD Touch, 27QHD
- Wacom Cintiq Pro - 24 & 32
- Wacom Intuos
Beneath the Center USB C port on the side of the device
The model number is on the back of the device, below the Wacom name.
Applicable products:
- Wacom Mobile Studio Pro - 13 & 16
Beneath the left support leg on back of tablet
When facing the rear of the display, the model number will be located beneath the left support leg. The model number is next to the text reading "Model".
Applicable products:
- Wacom Cintiq 16
- Wacom One
Alternatively, if you’re looking for your Model number for your stylus, unscrew the cap and you’ll find the number inside.
