When you purchase a Wacom product from our eStore, you want to know it's going to arrive safely and on time. So do we. That's why we take care to offer you the best delivery methods for your product, based on weight or size, and to give you the most competitive pricing available.

Handling time

We want to make sure your product is well packed for shipping and that we've got everything you ordered in the box. This can take up to three days. We process orders Mondays through Fridays, excluding holidays, and are unable to offer same-day shipping or guarantee overnight or 2nd-day delivery. So, please keep all of this in mind when choosing a shipping preference.

Your order will ship from our warehouse in Memphis, Tennessee.

Service area

At this time, we're only able to take orders from and ship them to addresses in the continental United States, the District of Columbia and Puerto Rico. This includes shipping to PO boxes, which we're happy to accommodate using standard UPS Sure Post.

If your order contains lithium ion batteries and is going to Alaska, Puerto Rico, Hawaii, the U.S. Virgin Islands or Catalina Island, it must be shipped via air.

Loss and damage

Accidents happen, so it's critical to understand who takes responsibility when they do. Once the shipping carrier receives your order, the risk of loss or damage passes to you, the buyer.

+ Cost: $10.00 flat fee for orders valued under $50; free shipping for orders valued over $50, excluding Saturday and Sunday deliveries

UPS 2nd-Day Air

+ Package weight: up to 150 pounds
+ Delivery period: 2 days after processing and shipping; weekends and holidays may delay delivery
+ Tracking: from Wacom warehouse to your door
+ Cost: current carrier rates apply

UPS Next-Day Air

+ Package weight: up to 150 pounds
+ Delivery period: 1 day from processing and shipping; weekends and holidays may delay delivery
+ Tracking: from Wacom warehouse to your door
+ Cost: current carrier rates apply

While we work with the best carriers in the business, we are not able to offer same-day shipping service or guarantee overnight or 2nd-day delivery.

You can avoid delivery delays by entering your address accurately and completely. Double check that you've keyed in everything in the right boxes and that there aren't any typos. You'll also want to make sure your address matches the information on your credit card billing statement, including the following details where applicable:

+ Floor number
+ Building number
+ Valid phone number

Undeliverable shipments

We do our best to ensure our customers receive their orders, on time and as expected. Still, there are times when our carriers are unable to deliver packages. This is typically because of inaccurate or incomplete shipping addresses. If your order comes back to us as undeliverable, you will need to place a new order. Our Customer Support team can help you sort through payment issues and get a new order back out to you. Call them at 1-855-MY-WACOM (699-2266).

State sales tax

If your order is going to a state that's subject to sales, use, duty or other governmental taxes or fees, you'll see the amount we're required to collect added to your bill at checkout. Keep in mind that amount may be adjusted on your final bill though to reflect the actual taxes charged.

While we don't collect sales or use taxes on products shipped to the states other than those listed below, you may owe taxes on merchandise shipped to other states.

States subject to taxes include: Alabama, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Washington and Wisconsin.

Shipping fees

The shipping fees you pay upfront cover the carrier's service. For that reason, we can't refund them if you return a product to us for any reason.
